TODD B. RATLIFF

Todd joined Hodges Ward Elliott in 2003 and during his tenure with the firm, has structured the sale of 33 hotels and three golf courses. Over the last three years, he has been instrumental in the firm’s expansion into the Tenant-in-Common (“TIC“) industry and has been quoted and published in various trade publications for his perspective on the entrance of sponsors/syndicators into the hospitality arena. In 2007, Todd completed three transactions with TIC sponsors representing an aggregate value of nearly $500 million.

Prior to joining Hodges Ward Elliott, Todd served as a principal of an Atlanta-based commercial real estate information services company. He is a graduate of Clemson University with studies in Economics, Political Science and international studies in Spain.
