PETER L. NICHOLS
Pete joined Hodges Ward Elliott in 2003, after spending several years consulting in the development of historic boutique hotel properties. He has over 17 years of experience in the hospitality industry, having managed hotels with Noble Investment Group, Promus Hotels, Holiday Inn, Richfield Hospitality and Konover Hotels. Pete has been involved with Hampton Inn, Holiday Inn and Sheraton on the franchise side as well as several exclusive resort properties in Vermont, Rhode Island and Florida.
After beginning his hotel career at and early age, he has been involved in every aspect of the hotel industry including Operations, Sales and Marketing, Food and Beverage, Development and Acquisition. Pete attended Johnson & Wales University where he majored in Hospitality Management.
