WILLIAM M. HODGES
As one of the two founding partners of Atlanta-based Hodges Ward Elliott, Bill serves as the firm's chief executive officer. Bill established the company in 1975 with Jack H. Ward, a long time friend and business colleague. In 2008, Hodges Ward Elliott celebrates its 33rd anniversary as a fully-integrated hotel brokerage and investment banking firm.
Bill has spoken or appeared on panels including the New York University Hotel Investors Conference, The Phoenix Lodging Conference and REIT Finance Conference. He has also been an Entrepreneurial Studies guest lecturer in the Emory University MBA program.
Since 2003, Bill has participated in the successful completion of 133 transactions involving over 226 hotels, 47,535 rooms and $6.86 billion in sales price.
Bill is a 1972 graduate of LaGrange College where he now serves as Chairman on the Board of Trustees.
