Rebecca Wynn
Rebecca Wynn is the lead financial analyst for Hodges Ward Elliott. She has been with the company since 2000, responsible for constructing and maintaining complex financial models. She also works in tandem with the sales agents in developing forecasts, capital structures, and return analysis for various projects, ranging from smaller extant Limited Service hotels through large international resort developments, and multi-state portfolios.
Rebecca’s experience includes working for Comerica Bank in Detroit, Michigan as a floating analyst, with concentrations in Real Estate, mid-range companies with annual sales between $10 and $25 million, and work-out deals. She then worked for Greentree Financial as an underwriter for manufactured home communities until she joined HWE.
Rebecca graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from Michigan State University.
