Pete Nichols
Pete joined Hodges Ward Elliott in 2003 and during his tenure with the firm, has participated in over 60 transactions valued at more than $750 million dollars. Over the last three years, Pete has focused on transactions ranging from $10 - $30 million, primarily in the Select Service segment of the market. He has been quoted and published in various trade publications and has been a panelist at several major lodging industry events. Pete continues to focus his attention on the Select Service segment of the marketplace, applying his past operational experience to today’s challenges.
Prior to joining Hodges Ward Elliott, Pete held the positions of General Manager, Director of Sales and Marketing and Director of Hotel Operations for several of the industries most prominent third party hotel management companies. He attended Johnson & Wales University, where he majored in Hotel & Lodging Management.
