Bill Shiver
As Vice President of Hodges Ward Elliott, Bill initially helped to develop the golf division that focuses on golf industry transactions. In addition, he is now also actively involved in generating successful hotel brokerage opportunities and capital sourcing.
Bill’s career has spanned over 20 years of sales, market development, and senior account management experience at the executive level. His success is anchored in building trusted relationships with directors, vice-presidents, and “C” level titles within the respective sales channels.
Throughout his career, Bill has analyzed market opportunities, launched new products, developed/directed sales strategies, and built departmental organizations.
He holds a bachelor of Business Administration, Finance, and degree from the University of Georgia.
