Bernard Van der Lande
Bernard Van der Lande, Vice President, is an investment professional with experience in developing markets and strong familiarity with Asia, having spent years first with The Coca-Cola Company and then with an American consulting firm in China and India.
Of Dutch decent and now based in Atlanta, Bernard focuses on strategic hospitality investments and structured financial opportunities, as well as developing new business with emerging capital sources and private equity groups. Between 2009 and 2010, two of the most challenging years in hotel investment history, Bernard was directly responsible for over $500 million in deal flow and now bears responsibility for leading the firm's expansion into Asia Pacific.
A graduate of Davidson College, Bernard has language skills in Mandarin, Hindi, Spanish, Dutch and English.
